1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a rabbit. Rabbits will be held for up to three weeks, unless other arrangements have been made. Please still inquire about rabbits with a “hold”, as no final decision on this rabbit has been made, and you could be added to the waiting list. Rabbits are sold on a “first come, first served” basis, and offered first to those on a waiting list for a certain color, type or expecting litter.

I do not guarantee animals sold as show quality to be successful on the show table. All animals sold as breeding stock are not guaranteed to produce. I cannot guarantee the adult temperament of young stock sold as pets, breeding or show. ALL animals sold as pets WILL NOT come with pedigrees. Sorry, no exceptions.
SHOW STOCK: These animals are free of any major faults or DQ’s that I am aware of.
BREEDING STOCK: These are animals that have successfully bred and/or have raised litters for me. Some have been shown as Jrs and may have legs. They are free of any major faults that I know of unless otherwise noted.
SHOW OR BREEDING PROSPECTS: These are young animals that I feel have the potential to do well as showand/or breeding prospects. They are free of any major faults or DQs that I am aware of unless otherwise noted. Most are Jrs under 6 months and have not been shown or bred yet.
PETS: these animals are healthy but usually have some sort of fault or DQ(white toe nail, wrong color, size, etc.) that would keep them from being successful on the show table or for breeding but in no way effects their health or temperament. ALL ANIMALS SOLD AS PETS WILL NOT BE SOLD WITH PEDIGREES.(NO EXCEPTIONS)
3. I guarantee my rabbits’ health under normal circumstances up to twhree weeks from time of pickup/delivery. If a problem should arise, the situation will be evaluated and determined by me if a replacement is to be made. If so, a replacement will be made of equal value and upon availability of rabbit. Any illness must be reported withing twenty-four hours.
4. At any time after the sale if you decide you can no longer care for or keep the rabbit, I do accept non-refundable returns of animals purchased from me and will attempt to find your bunny a new home. However, because of limited space most of the time I do require that adult rabbits be returned with their own cage or hutch. I do not accept rabbits purchased from other breeders, pet shops, etc.
5. I will not sell any animal to a minor under the age of 18 without parents/guardians consent
6. I reserve the right to refuse, end, or terminate any sale at any time.
Terms of Deposit refunds
I will refund your deposit if: I cancel the sale for any reason. Since we are dealing with live animals, I reserve the right to cancel a sale prior to its completion for any reason. I will also refund your deposit if the rabbit becomes ill under my care.
I will not refund your deposit if: You decide you do not want the rabbit anymore, decide you want a different rabbit, cannot make arrangements to come and pick up the rabbit or have it delivered, etc.
A few other notes:
I want everyone who buys a rabbit from me to be happy with their purchase so PLEASE feel free to ask any questions. If you are coming to see a particular rabbit at my place you are more than welcome to bring someone with you(friend, breeder, judge, etc.) to get their opinion on a rabbit. If you are buying a rabbit over the internet do not send your deposit until I have answered ALL of your questions, sent pictures of all angles of the rabbit that you want, we have agreed on the price, and we have established when, where, and how you will get your rabbit.
